FAQ

1.Can you use the RCA's as inputs?

Yes, you can try to use the RCA as input in theory. but pls put the DAC (PCM5122) in "mute" mode. (But we do not suggest you use the RCA as input, if so, the DAC will be no output.)

I am unable to get sound from the Speaker terminals. I followed the setup instructions. The amp is getting power (it gets plenty warm) and it works via the headphone jack, but with two 4 ohm 20 W speakers hooked to the Speaker terminals there is no sound from either.

I just received my X400 board, but the power adapter I planned to use with it is too large.

What is the correct connector for making a 12 volt connection to the X400? Do I understand correctly that the 12 volt connection will power the entire system?

Stalled without power. Please let me know the correct connector for the 12 volt system.

Thank you,

Steve

So, given that I want to use this unit to drive a pair of speakers, I understand that I want to use the jumpers to turn-off the headphone and RCA jack systems. Is that correct?
